Very nice owners that provided everything you need for your vacation. Very clean, 3 decks! We loved the covered top floor deck. Fully stocked kitchen and great room layout. Sit on back porch and watch the beautiful sunsets over the sound. Sound access and beach access just a short walk from unit. Can’t wait to stay there again! We loved the kayaks too!

This was the cleanest rental we’ve ever had. Nothing at all to complain about. Comfy beds and pillows, plenty of room for our large family, well stocked kitchen and guest closet with beach supplies. One minute walk to the sound and less than two minutes to beach. Only a few more minutes to the pier and downtown Topsail Beach. Hope to stay again in the future!

Beautiful home right at the beach and sound. The amenities were perfect- bikes, all of the fishing and beach gear. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Host very nice and made us feel at home. They made sure we had everything we needed, including a small air compressor for the bike tires! Our family had a great time and we look forward to next year!

We enjoyed our time in Topsail beach! What a great location! Close to the beach access (which was all ramp and no stairs!) and close to the sound access for fishing and beautiful sunsets. The house had everything we needed with lots of great spots to hang out. The owners were super helpful and easy to communicate with, we really appreciated that! We loved riding bikes to the end of the island and only being 15 minutes drive from the bridge and main town. It was very quiet down in the south end and so dog friendly! Our pup was happy to hang on the beach with us in the shade. We also liked having the pier close by. We would definitely stay here again, only great things to say about this place! Thanks for sharing it with us!

We LOVE this condo! We have stayed here 2 years in a row with our 2 sons. The space is laid out perfectly, the dining table is the exact right size, they have everything we can think of that we forgot to bring. It’s an exceptionally beautiful kitchen, that was just renovated, and to have 2 bathrooms… we just love it and will plan to return again next year! We’ve been staying at “The Cap” (family nickname) for the past 20 years and have stayed in many different units on all sides of the buildings. While there wasn’t much of a view from the unit, it was, without question, the most nicely appointed unit we’ve ever had. The kitchen seems to be brand new and has every kind of pot, pan, cooking sheet, one could want. Great knives too! It was spotlessly clean and well decorated. The whole space was updated to the 21st century, a fact that many places we’ve rented here cannot claim. Not sure what anyone could want from a unit that this one didn’t provide. Plus, the owners are quick on the response if you have any questions.

Our family had an amazing stay at this property and we are already planning our return next year. It’s always hard when you have a young one in the group, but the location and set up of the rooms worked out perfectly with getting to and from the beach and the awesome pools! The property was clean and well maintained, the air was cool. The owners were right on top of checkin and great with communication. My husband and I were looking for a nice, quiet week away and this condo was fantastic. The resort is very nice with plenty of pool space and hot tubs (kept up very nicely). The condo had a nice porch overlooking the pool area (and can see the ocean). Very quiet, comfortable and clean. Just steps to the beach, such easy access. You can stay in and cook, everything you need is stocked or you can head out and enjoy the local restaurants. Would highly recommend.

This place has it all! What a gem! It’s very well-appointed with kitchen supplies, and how helpful to have linens and towels provided. We had a long weekend with our 2 young boys (2 & 4) and this was the perfect spot! We were able to cook our dinner after the kiddos went to bed and had no fear of then hearing us. It was the perfect setup! The pools were VERY cold as expected, but the hot tubs offered a nice quick soak. We even made friends with the wandering cat- he was the highlight of our morning. Thank you again for allowing us in to your home.

I love this place! It’s so tastefully decorated, the furniture is comfortable, and the place is so clean. The view is amazing and I loved the outside furniture. Parking is very convenient. It’s on the first floor and you can park right outside the condo so lugging your stuff isn’t such a chore. The walk to beach is so easy and convenient. I met Jim the host when I was leaving….super nice guy. I plan on coming back…it was perfect! I had absolutely no complaints.

From initial contact to check out Jim and Tami were available to answer any questions. Their lovely home is spacious with room to play games, and was perfect for my granddaughter, Kennedy’s 14th birthday with her friends. We had everything we needed at our disposal ie toiletries, paper towels, linens etc.

This was our most relaxing and easiest family vacation in many many years from the booking through to the checking out. (we were sad to leave) The home is delightful with all that we needed and some of what we didn’t even know we needed. The hosts thought of everything to make our stay stress free and communication was superb! The short stroll to access the beach was easy and we could come and go throughout the day. The location was close to shops and restaurants, and many were walkable from the home. Our family enjoyed all aspects of the home and having the time together to spend together. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surf’s Up! The house has been newly renovated, was clean, and included basic amenities – dishwasher/laundry/bathroom/kitchen soaps, paper towels, linens (already on the beds!), beach towels, some kitchen spices, etc. Jim and Tami were so helpful and quickly responded to our questions.
