Many frequently asked questions

When are the pools open?

The pools at Topsail Dunes and Villa Capriani are open seasonally (weather permitting). Usually they open in early May and remain open through late October.

The hottubs at Villa Capriani are open year round, unless they are undergoing maintenance or annual inspections.

What kind of coffee maker is in the home?

We provide both a regular 8-10 cup drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

What starter items do you supply?

We supply fresh towels & linens for all of our homes. We also supply starter paper products & basic soaps. These include paper towels, toliet paper, hand soap, bar soaps, dishwasher detergent & liquid. All of our homes also include beach towels, beach chairs, and sand toys for the kids.

What time can I check in?

Check in is 4 pm ET. If the home is ready earlier, we’ll send you an email or text update. Occasionally we can accommodate early check-in times, especially if no other guest is checking out that same day. The cleaning crew needs time to get everything perfect for your stay.

What time is check out?

Check out is at 10 am ET.

Security? / What about keys?

We have keyless smart deadbolt locks at each home, so you can go directly to the unit and check yourself in. On the morning of your check in, you will receive a private personal pin code to use on the main entry door which will automatically activate and deactivate for your specific stay dates & times. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not see the email. Contact us with any questions or concerns. There are physical keys at each home too ( just in case ).

Wifi?

Yes, of course! The wifi name and password Is located on the fridge in the unit & inside our guest welcome booklet located on the kitchen counter.

Cancellation/Refunds

Cancellations received more than 2 calendar months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a cancellation occurs within the 60 day window, but before 30 days, half of the total deposits/advance payments will be refunded.  Cancellations or changes that are made within 30 days of the arrival date (including all cancellations of reservations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date) will result in the forfeiture of the full advance payment/security deposit.  Early departure after check-in does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.  Cancellation insurance may be available through your travel agent or www.insuremytrip.com and is highly recommended. 

Do you offer a military discount?

ABSOLUTELY! We support our troops and first responders. We discount 10% from the base nighty rental rate.

Do the properties have a grill?

At the condos grills are located in the common areas for all guests to enjoy.

What about off-season and midterm rentals?

Yes we rent for longer terms during the fall, winter, and early spring. Off season rates apply Oct 1st through April 30th. We’re happy to discuss the details and provide a quote, just submit your question or preferred dates.
